Browsing it does not create a customer relationship or obligate us to accept a project. We may revise features, prices, or availability prospectively, subject to any separate active customer contract.

Descriptions, Availability and Pricing

Custom software development, API integrations, automation, ecommerce and design projects are quoted after scoping, with scope, payment, ownership, timelines and support defined in a written agreement. Described EzSeller subscription tiers are planned pricing only, and do not imply enrollment or approval is presently available. Any product-specific billing and cancellation terms will be provided during an actual subscription checkout.

Third-Party Platforms

SMAT Designs is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon or Apple. Amazon Selling Partner API access, App Store Connect workflows and other third-party connections depend on the applicable provider's approval, policies, consent and technical availability. Using SMAT information does not confer permission to access data or accounts. Users must authorize only the permissions appropriate for the relevant application.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website copy, designs and portfolio presentation are provided for informational viewing and may not be republished as another party's work. Separate open-source projects, including WWDC MCP, have their own published licenses that govern those projects. Custom project deliverable rights are established by the signed project agreement.

Acceptable Use

Do not attack, abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer protected services unlawfully, submit malicious input, impersonate others or attempt to access accounts or data without authorization. Do not send passwords, access tokens or security codes through ordinary email.
